Appointments & Scheduling
Consultations are scheduled by appointment only. Appointments must be booked in advance through our contact form or by phone.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking or before the consultation session, as specified in your service agreement.
Consultation fees are as listed on our website and may be subject to change. The price agreed upon at booking will be honored.
Refunds are provided only in accordance with our cancellation policy. Services rendered are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities

For wardrobe audit services, clients must ensure their wardrobe is accessible and organized for the consultation.
Implementation of recommendations is at the client's discretion. Gluzarinthar is not responsible for purchasing decisions made by clients.

Style guides, lookbooks, and other materials provided during consultations are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Confidentiality

Client testimonials and case studies may be shared with permission only. We will not disclose your identity without explicit consent.
