Consultation Services
Our wardrobe consultation services are delivered in real-time through personalized sessions. Once a consultation has been completed, the service is considered rendered and cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
We invest significant time and expertise in preparing for each consultation, including research, planning, and personalized recommendations tailored to your unique needs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the consultation fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to compensate for the reserved time and preparation.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation up to 48 hours before the appointment without any penalty. We will work with you to find a new time that suits your schedule.

Satisfaction Guarantee
While completed consultations cannot be returned, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days.
We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include a complimentary follow-up session, additional guidance, or other appropriate resolutions based on the specific circumstances.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the consultation booking.
You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Personal Shopping Services
Our personal shopping services provide guidance and recommendations. We do not sell clothing or accessories directly, and therefore are not responsible for returns or exchanges of items purchased from third-party retailers.
Returns or exchanges of purchased items must be handled directly with the respective retailers according to their individual return policies.
Digital Materials
Style guides, lookbooks, and other digital materials provided as part of your consultation package are non-refundable once delivered, as they are customized specifically for you.
You retain permanent access to all digital materials provided during your consultation.
Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected emergencies occur. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find an appropriate solution.
